24 Years of ERP Integration Expertise: Bring Your Field Service Operations onto One Platform with FieldCo

July 15, 2026 7 min read

Running field service operations across two separate systems — one ERP, one field service software — creates significant operational burden: double data entry, manual stock updates, and constant phone traffic. FieldCo eliminates this burden by integrating with over 30 ERP and commercial software solutions.

30+ ERPs, Live in 1–2 Days

Every ERP has its own infrastructure, but the integration process at FieldCo follows the same two tracks. Logo, Mikro, Nebim, Netsis, Canias, Uyumsoft, Akınsoft, SAP, SAP Business One and Oracle are among the widely-used commercial packages and ERP solutions we support, alongside custom-developed ERP systems.

When a new integration request arrives, go-live on the FieldCo side typically takes one to two days. No software needs to be installed on the ERP server — only IP permissions need to be granted. Our configuration requests on your side are limited to data-structure matters such as distinguishing products from spare parts or separating service partners from end-user accounts in customer records.

1. Pulling Data: ERP → FieldCo

The larger share of the integration is the data pull. The following data is automatically transferred to FieldCo at 10-minute intervals:

- Customer records and sub-service cards: Partner companies in the authorised service network are matched exactly against their ERP records when pulled into the system.
- Spare part and product cards: All parts defined in the ERP are reflected in FieldCo; field teams access these cards directly from work orders.
- Price changes and warehouse stock levels: Updated prices and stock quantities in the ERP are reflected on the field side within 10 minutes.
- Labour details: Labour line items, including all updates over time, are synchronised automatically.

2. Pushing Data: FieldCo → ERP

Records generated by field operations are pushed back to the ERP on the same cycle:

- Field orders → Sales orders: An order created by a technician in the field is entered into the ERP as a sales order.
- Order status updates: Every status change is synchronised every 10 minutes, allowing sub-service partners to track order status without picking up the phone.
- Progress billing → Purchase orders: Records arising from progress billing are pushed to the ERP as purchase orders, keeping financial processes entirely online.

Four Critical Advantages of Integration

Double data entry is eliminated.
Without integration, spare part cards must be opened separately in both systems and price changes must be updated manually in two different screens. With FieldCo integration, all this data is pulled directly from the ERP — nothing needs to be entered twice.

Serial number validation reduces errors to zero.
When a serial number is entered during work order creation or while completing an installation form on the web, it is validated against the ERP in real time. Incorrect brand, model or device information is prevented; products not defined in the system cannot be saved.

Warranty tracking becomes automatic.
The warranty period for each model is read from the ERP and the warranty expiry date is calculated automatically by the system. Before heading to site, a technician can see at a glance whether a device is still under warranty.

Phone traffic drops, operational efficiency rises.
Because sub-service partners and customers can view their current balances, outstanding amounts and order statuses in real time through the panel, phone calls made for accounting or order queries fall significantly.

Deployment Model

FieldCo integration runs entirely on an annual subscription model. No software is installed on your ERP server — only a network-level IP permission is required. Once the integration is live, technical maintenance and updates are handled by FieldCo.

24 Years of After-Sales Service Experience

FieldCo has been working in field service management and after-sales services since 2002. This experience means that ERP integrations go beyond simply establishing a technical connection — it means modelling the customer's operations in the most accurate way possible. The expertise built across 30+ ERP connections means new integrations can be delivered reliably and quickly.
