5. Your Rights Under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

- Requesting information if your personal data has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Knowing third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect data (Art. 11/d)
- Requesting deletion or destruction within the framework of Art. 7 of KVKK
- Requesting notification of corrections/deletions to third parties
- Objecting to results arising solely from automated processing
- Requesting compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

Applications must be submitted with documents verifying your identity. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
7. Retention Periods
Your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the processing purpose ceases or the legal retention period expires. Upon subscription termination, platform data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. Invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by law.
