İklimSA is one of Turkey's leading service companies in HVAC, air conditioning and solar energy systems (GES). Offering installation, maintenance, repair and solar project services in residential, commercial and industrial segments, the company operates with over 300 technicians nationwide. Using both FieldCo Field Service Software and FieldCo CRM since 2007, İklimSA stands out as a fully integrated example of the MOBIM product family.

The Challenge

İklimSA's core need was a customizable platform that could manage its SAP ERP, HVAC service and solar energy projects under a single digital roof. HVAC maintenance forms needed standardization, solar project service workflows needed to be kept separate, and customer relationship management needed to work in sync with field operations. Paper-based processes reduced efficiency and generated manual data entry costs for SAP.

Solution Implemented with FieldCo

FieldCo was adapted with custom developments for İklimSA's needs. HVAC-specific digital checklists — gas pressure, filter, condenser, electrical tests — were deployed with mandatory photos and min/max value validation. A separate workflow was defined for solar projects: on-site panel installation forms, inverter tests and commissioning reports began to be managed via FieldCo Mobile. Full SAP ERP integration automated service invoices, stock movements and account balances. Customer relationship management was synchronized with field operations through fieldcocrm.com.

Results Achieved

In continuous use since 2007, FieldCo forms the backbone of both İklimSA's HVAC and solar operations. 750,000 A4 sheets are saved annually; technicians can now devote field time to actual work instead of form-filling. Invoice errors dropped to zero through SAP integration. Sales opportunities and service history were combined on a single platform with FieldCo CRM, completely eliminating duplicate data entry.
